• 🚚 A tracking email is automatically sent as soon as the shipment is sent.

⚠️ If no collection point is selected, the first available one will be automatically assigned. If this one is unavailable, an alternative collection point will be assigned to you to avoid the parcel being returned.

We prepare your orders very quickly 🐾
A modification is only possible before the package is picked up by the carrier.

Once the package has been shipped, changes are no longer possible.

You have 14 days from receipt to return a product to us.
The item must be undamaged, unused and in its original packaging, accompanied by the printed invoice.
