How to return an item ?
You have 14 days from the reception of your order to exercise your right of retraction and make your return.
The returned products must be in perfect condition for resale, in their original state (packaging, accessories, instructions...), duly sealed, and accompanied by your order number. Any risk related to the return of the product is the responsibility of the customer. La Patte Verte will proceed to the exchange of the product or the refund of the corresponding amount minus the possible shipping costs, within thirty days.

The tracking of the package on the carrier's website does not mention any information, why?
Most of the time, it takes a minimum of 24 hours before the carrier's computerized tracking system is visible on their site.
