Delivery Information 

🚚 Delivery from a minimum order of 15 EUR (excluding postage)

🚚 When your parcel is dispatched, a tracking email is automatically sent to the email address you gave when you placed your order. This enables you to view the progress of your parcel.

ATTENTION: If you do not choose a relay point, the first one on the list is automatically assigned. 

Returns

You have 14 days from the delivery of your order to send us back the product(s) you do not like.

La Patte Verte will give you a credit note or refund the item if it is returned intact in its original packaging, without any trace of use and accompanied by the original invoice to print. Items returned incomplete, damaged or soiled by the Customer will not be returned or refunded.

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

To return a product, you must first contact us at info@lapatteverte.com to obtain a return number, specifying the order number and the reference of the product(s) concerned.
