Packages are generally dispatched within 24 hours after receipt of payment.
When your package is dispatched, a tracking email is automatically sent to the email address given when you placed your order. This will allow you to see the progress of your package.

Returns
You have 14 days from the delivery of your order to send us back the product(s) you do not like.
La Patte Verte will give you a credit note or refund the item if it is returned intact in its original packaging, without any trace of use and accompanied by the original invoice to print. Items returned incomplete, damaged or soiled by the Customer will not be returned or refunded.
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
To return a product, you must first contact us at info@lapatteverte.com to obtain a return number, specifying the order number and the reference of the product(s) concerned.
