We prepare your orders very quickly 🐾
A modification is only possible before the package is picked up by the carrier.

Once the package has been shipped, changes are no longer possible.

You have 14 days from receipt to return a product to us.
The item must be undamaged, unused and in its original packaging, accompanied by the printed invoice.
